Parking in the beach parking lots requires a beach pass which must be displayed in a prominent place on your vehicle.   Beach passes are issued each year to those residents who are paid up to date in their road fees.  Beach passes for those paid up residents are enclosed with the April newsletter.  Road Fee Assessments are based upon road frontage and are mailed in the first quarter of each year.  These mandatory fees are used to maintain our private roads and beach parking lots, provide beach security during summer months and for snow removal during winter months.
