Description		Varying combinations of safety features are available, (bell, step- thru chassis, 10 inch or greater wheels, lights, seat, & 50 cc's or less) but all are required to make this legal under "motor scooter" definition. Operator must be licensed and over the age of 16 to drive on roadways.	Small version of either chopper style or motorcycle. Can be ridden up to 40 mph. Does not have step thru chassis, or 10 inch wheels.
